Fixed generation of plugin entry point after compilation

Summary: This diff fixes an issue, that due to recent changes `defaultPlugins/index.tsx` wouldn't compile without being regenerated. This caused issue for people after updating and running `yarn install`. This diff fixes the build order to first generate the file, then compile
