Summary:
UI Debugger initialisation is defined in two places. Internally, done inside:
fb/FlipperKitUIDebuggerPluginInit.mm
OSS:
FlipperKitUIDebuggerPluginInit.mm
Contents of `fb/` directory are not synced in OSS. OSS file is excluded internally as it doesn't use the XPlugins.
