Michel Weststrate 328ba9513c Make flipper messages generally available, remove self inspection infra structure

Summary:
Changelog: Flipper message debugging moved from a separate device to the console tab

This makes message debugging easier accessible, and in production (recently requested at GH). Also it clears up a lot of infra that was created just to make flipper a self recursive inspection device + a separate plugin. While fun, a hardcoded setup is just a bit more simpler (no exception rules and better static verification)

flipper-plugin

flipper-plugin is the dependency used by all modern Flipper plugins (project "Tommy").

flipper-plugin is to be used as dev and peer dependency of all Flipper plugins. It provides:

(TODO) Standard API's to interact with Flipper, such as the client connection.
(TODO) Standard components to organize the UI
(TODO) Testing utilities

API's provided by flipper-plugin are documented at fbflipper.com (TODO).

There should normally be no need to install flipper-plugin as dependency. Rather, plugins should be scaffolded using npx flipper-pkg init (TODO) as documented here
