Summary: - Refactored [Crash Reporter Plugin's](https://fbflipper.com/docs/crash-reporter-plugin.html) android implementation to show the crash notification for all kind of crashes. It sniffs the logcat and fires notification whenever crash happens. - "Plugin not showing?" in the plugin list now supports more cases for telling you what went wrong. - Plugins are now sorted by name.
