Summary:
Adds regex support to the logs plugin.
You can now do the same for any other SearchableTable, just by adding the prop `regexSupported={true}`
For other types of searchables, like maybe the layout hierarchy, we'll need to modify the class that does the filtering for that type.
I've done what I can with the UI to make it usable, though it would be awesome to have some proper regex syntax parsing and highlighting going on. It will go red if it's not valid at least.

Summary:
We've had a bunch of different options that were all binary
switches with very different ways of displaying them.
This consolidates them all to use ToggleSwitches. I think it
may still make sense to move them all to a sidebar as it's
the case for the Analytics plugin, but that's for another diff.

Summary:
My benchmarks have shown react-emotion to be faster than the current implementation of `styled`. For this reason, I am converting all styling to [emotion](https://emotion.sh).
Benchmark results:
{F136839093}
The syntax is very similar between the two libraries. The main difference is that emotion only allows a single function for the whole style attribute, whereas the old implementation had functions for every style-attirbute.
