Summary:
This diff moves the rest of the DataInspector jungle to flipper-plugin. No actual improvements are made yet, but the code is decoupled from Electron and the legacy theming. For example by using Antd based context menus.
Note that `ManagedDataInspector` is now rebranded `DataInspector`, as that is the only variation that should (and is) used publicly.
For the interactionTracker removal, see next diff.
SearchableDataInspector will be addressed in a next diff

Summary:
Previously, plugins could relatively safely use `client.call` at any moment in time to fetch some information from / to the client. Except for some raise conditions there was generally speaking a connection available.
With this stack it becomes possible to interact with plugins even after an app (unexpectedly) disconnected, which makes Flipper a lot more versatile, especially when it comes to inspect crashes post mortem. (For more explanation see the second diff in this stack)
However, this means that it is no longer safe to assume there is always a connection available. For that reason `client.isConnected` has been introduced to safeguard against that.
This diff introduces guards on all user interactions that are not super explicitly triggered by the user to avoid a lot of errors being generated. This is mostly in `init()` blocks and implicit user events like selecting or hovering rows.
Explicit user interactions like pressing buttons are not guarded by this diff, as ideally failure to communicate with the client should be communicated back to the user more explicitly rather than failing silently. The next diff will introduce a fallback mechanism where a popup is shown in case those calls aren't guarded.
Fixed a few key warnings while at it.

Summary:
I've re-designed interfaces describing plugins as I found that mental overhead working with them became too expensive because of slightly flawed design. However this cascaded changes in many files so you can see how extensively these interfaces used in our codebase.
Before this change we had one interface PluginDetails which described three different entities: 1) plugins installed on the disk 2) plugins bundled into Flipper 3) plugins available on Marketplace. It's hard to use this "general" PluginDetails interface because of this as you always need to think about all three use cases everywhere.
After this change we have 3 separate interfaces: InstalledPluginDetails, BundledPluginDetails and DownloadablePluginDetails and things became much type-safer now.

Summary: Added UI for uninstalling plugins from sidebar. To avoid confusion between "disable" and "uninstall" and to reduce possibility of errors when plugins uninstalled accidentally by misclicks, I made it only possible to uninstall plugins after they are disabled. So for enabled plugins two steps are required for uninstalling.

This diff adds the rough navigation to open pugins, there are some rough egdes still, and tests will be added later, but wanted to keep diffs small, and land the feature early to get some initial dogfooding going on early.
Note that we now also show all disabled plugins to help people with trouble shooting.

Summary:
Fix long standing issue where text by default in Flipper is not selectable. Which is super annoying when working with tables, trying to copy error messages, etc etc. Wanted to fix it with ant.design, but got so annoyed by not being able to select an error I needed, that I fixed it now :-P.
This diff makes all text selectable by default, and then bails out for specific elements, like section headers, button captions, the left toolbar (navigation) and top toolbar to preserve the desktop app look & feel.
Fixes a popular papercut issue
Changelog: All text is now selectable by default in Flipper.

Summary:
See previous diffs, same change as with analytics, don't stringify when creating the rows, but rather provide a closure to do that lazily, which reduces CPU (and mem) usage.
Note that this implicitly assumes the captures variables are immutable, as otherwise the semantics would change. But than again, if those variables are changed in the future, copyText will reflect their latest rather than initial state, which is better anyway.

Summary:
Quick notes:
- This looks worse than it is. It adds mandatory parentheses to single argument lambdas. Lots of outrage on Twitter about it, personally I'm {emoji:1f937_200d_2642} about it.
- Space before function, e.g. `a = function ()` is now enforced. I like this because both were fine before.
- I added `eslint-config-prettier` to the config because otherwise a ton of rules conflict with eslint itself.
