Summary:
flipper-server-companion depends on flipper-plugin. flipper-plugin includes dependencies that run only in a browser. Splitting flipper-plugin into core and browser packages helps to avoid including browser-only dependencies into flipper-server bundle.
As a result, bundle size could be cut in half. Subsequently, RSS usage drops as there is twice as less code to process for V8.
Note: it currently breaks external flipper-data-source package. It will be restored in subsequent diffs

Summary:
This diff builds on the previous ones by enabling other colors to be used as highlights for the search terms. Current color options are: yellow(default), red, blue, green. Possible extensions to this feature could include allow the user to enter a custom hex-color string and use that as the highlight color.
Changelog: DataTable will now have option to have its search terms highlighted in the search results by toggling and customizing the highlight colors in the menu bar

Summary:
This diff adds `types` fields on the compiler config for every project. This way we can make sure that for example node types and packages are not available in flipper-ui-core. Without an explicit types field, all types would be shared between all packages, and implicitly included into the compilation of everything. For the same reason `types/index.d.ts` has been removed, we want to be intentional on which types are being used in which package.
This diff does most of the work, the next diff will fine tune the globals, and do some further cleanup.
As an alternative solution I first tried a `nohoist: **/node_modules/types/**` and make sure every package list explicitly the types used in package json, which works but is much more error prone, as for example two different react types versions in two packages will cause the most unreadable compiler error due to the types not being shared and not literally the same.

This stack reduces our direct dependency on Electron, for example by exposing our own API to open links.
Also exposing `getFlipperLib` as API from `flipper-plugin`, so that these utility methods are available outside plugin contexts as well.

This removes all code duplication / old plugin infra that isn't needed anymore when all plugin run on the Sandy plugin infra structure.
The diff is quite large, but the minimal one that passes tests and compiles. Existing tests are preserved by wrapping all remaining tests in `wrapSandy` for classic plugins where needed

Summary:
This diff adds Sandy colors and dark mode support to the `DataInspector` and `LayoutInspector` components, and coverts hardcoded colors to semantic colors. Currently only one set of colors is used since they contrast fine with both dark and light mode, but this could be deviated from now onwards.
Also styled the legacy ManagedTable and Panel, since they are so commonly used (will convert more legacy components in next diffs).

Layer selection is pretty easy to miss, as reported in for example: https://fb.workplace.com/groups/flippersupport/permalink/1098169193997071/
Moved the layer selection to the top of the view and gave it some highlighting + dynamic height. The section is no longer collapsible.

Summary:
This diff fixes some more perf bottlenecks in the layout inspector (see the diffs earlier in the stack for the total picture). Mostly:
1. Pass down stable refs from the root for callbacks and configuration
2. Remove the deep-equality check in the sidebar section rendering, which has a pretty significant constant overhead, especially if the selection didn't change
3. If the selection changes, the correct semantics is to reset the sidebar rather than trying to reconcile the elements. (A consequence of this is that Panel collapse state isn't preserved atm after changing selection, will address that in a later diff)
This reduces average render time for sidebar from ~20 to ~2 ms.

Changelog: [Layout] Addressed several performance issues in the layout plugin
This diff and a few of the next stuff fix some performance issues in the Layout plugin. This diff fixes an issue where computing the context menu will cause all rows to render at all times, make the responiveness of the plugin quite slugish.
The fix in this case is to build up the context menu lazily, and pass a stable ref to the function through the tree, rather than a new menu every time the root component renders.
The changes in this diff and the next ones in total reduces the time (in prod builds) to draw a frame from ~200ms to ~5ms.
