Add version bumping script for Android

Summary:
Adding binaries and source as build times can be a bit long.

```
$ ./bump.sh
Flipper Version Bumper

Usage: bump.lnx64 VERSION

Available options:
  -h,--help                Show this help text
  VERSION                  Version to bump to, e.g. 1.0.2
```
