Run CLANGFORMAT for FlipperKitTests
Summary: This diff runs CLANGFORMAT lint on FlipperKitTestUtils. I have added CLANGFORMAT as the lint engined for objc files in xplat/sonar. Right now the iOS folder is not formatted according to CLANGFORMAT.
